Welcome to Mhelp. Mhelp was founded in 2004 to develop and market video-clip based help & training for software applications. We currently have over 4,000 help & training video-clips for Microsoft products including Windows 7, Windows Vista, Office 2007, Office 2003 & Office 2000.

We probably have one of the largest video-clip libraries for Microsoft, but what makes Mhelp extra special is the academic and scientific research that has gone into how we create and present the information. Each brief video-clip of 1-3 minutes in length and comprising animation, narration and transcript is designed to make understanding the content far easier by incorporating hundreds of stringent quality standards that ensure consistency and comprehension.

Our Graphic User Interface (GUI) and supporting technologies have 34 internationally registered patents. Our Desktop Application makes for easy "watch and do" style assistance.

Mr. Shayne L. van Vlerken

Chief Executive Officer
Mhelp Group: Brisbane, Australia

Born in New Zealand. After serving in the Royal New Zealand Army Mr. van Vlerken first travelled & lived in Australia and then in various Asian countries before settling in Thailand. During the mid-nineties Mr. van Vlerken was a pioneer in establishing Internet Web services in Thailand both in web development and internet marketing growing to become the largest web services company in Thailand at that time with over 100 full time staff. The fact that Mr. van Vlerken's background is not in IT has allowed him to approach the technology industry from a business perspective which has worked well with customers who much rather talk about improving business opportunities & processes than the latest techno-gizmo.

During 2004 Mr. van Vlerken established Mhelp Pty Ltd of Brisbane, Australia with a mission to create new propriety IP. The founding principle of Mhelp is highly focused: we have set out to revolutionize how to present knowledge relevant to the 21st century worker to most effectively acquire new software skills.

Mhelp R&D Centre of Excellence Co Ltd (Thailand). Established in 2005, the Mhelp R&D Centre in Thailand is a technology development and content production centre. Mhelp has state of the art technology development hardware and software as well as professional technical writing, animation, sound recording and video recording studios.

Mhelp has created the world's largest library of Audio-video-transcript help & training library for Microsoft applications and operating systems with more than 4000 video-clips available within our own patented Desktop Applications.

Jamie Milkovich

Creative Director

Born in Ontario Canada Jamie gained a sound background in Marketing and Sales as Co-Founder of Night Life Magazine - targeted towards the mature adult lifestyle focused on those who enjoyed fine dining, wines and spirits, upscale night clubs, theatres, concerts, interviews, and entertainment. His roles included overseeing photo layouts and design to assisting with promotional campaigns and coordinating private and charitable functions.

Now with NUMIQ media he is Creative Director and Web Developer working with companies as brand and design consultant. Jamie specializes in scripting, video editing, FCP and after effects. As web developer his skills include XHTML, CSS, and collaborating with the client in layout, design and logistics of the website.

Neel Singh

Brand Development Officer

Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Neel has taken many different paths that lead up to his current experience. In the mid 2000's Neel had worked in a financial institution as a mortgage and loans officer and moved on to own and operate his own restaurant. During this same time Neel freelanced as a graphic artist and eventually left the restaurant business to pursuit his creative side full-time.

Working alongside various companies and partners, Neel's expertise expanded to marketing consultation and brand development. His current creative skills include graphic and web design, identity development, photography, animation, digital effects and music production. Neel's creative skill set balanced with his business experience allows him to approach projects with a holistic view, using a balance of creative and logic.
Neel joined the Mhelp team in 2010 to help re-brand and re-design Mhelp's identity. The purpose of the new look and feel is to relate to the vast target market that Mhelp's brand is designed to interact with.

John Milkovich

Marketing Director

John got his start in business at the age of 24 as President and Publisher of Night Life Magazine - dedicated to featuring, interviews, information, fashion, entertainment and profiling the top night club / fine dining establishments in Ontario. As Publisher and Marketing Director he establish business models with local and national advertising clients to plan and assist with promotional campaigns, coordinated private and charitable functions.

Graduated from Mohawk College with a Diploma in Business he's utilized his knowledge and experience in the industry to pursue his passion for creativity. Photography and video are his strengths, incorporating his talents and ability he has produced and co-written video projects from story board to production including short films, and an exercise video.

He enjoy's traveling and believes experiencing new cultures will enhance not only your education in life but improve the skill sets you've learned along the way. John's skills include brand development, drawing and illustration, photography, videography, marketing and business development.
